CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow 24 hours to cancel appointments. This will give me time to schedule another appointment in your slot. If adequate time is not provided or if you do not book the correct services causing your appointment to run into my next appointment or if you cancel the day of or NO SHOW, I reserve the right to charge you a 100% cancellation fee and keep your deposit! Deposits are required and non-refundable, but can be used for ONE rescheduled appointment if rescheduled in an appropriate time(up until 2 weeks out from your current booked appointment)! After 5 minutes late, a late fee of $10 will be added to your total. Anything after 10 minutes will be canceled and charged for full service unless stated otherwise through the nail tech! Clients have a 48 hour window to have any issues fixed! Anything after 48 hours will be considered a fix at the clients expense!
